  • Fast Start is a secondary bonus that is paid to WA when they enrol a new WA or WC. It is paid to the enroler for the first 60 days of the new members enrolment.
  • Within Fast Start there are three different percentages that you may earn: 20%, 10%, 5%.
  • 20%: This percentage is earned off of members that you have personally enroled orders.
10%: Earned when someone you personally enroled enrols a WA or a WC. You earn the 10% off of the new members orders for the first 60 days.
5%: Earned when the member you earned 10% off of enrols someone.

For example: Sarah enroled Cosima. If all qualifications are met Sarah earns 20% off of Cosimas order. Cosima enrols Delphine, and if all qualifications are met, Cosima will earn 20% and Sarah will earn 10%. Delphine enrols Scott, and if all qualifications are met, Delphine will earn 20%, Cosima will earn 10%, and Sarah will earn 5%.

Rules & Qualifications

  1. You must be the enroler of the newly enroled WC or WA.
  2. You must have an LRP order each month of 100 PV.

Since Fast Start is paid out weekly, your LRP template must remain at a minimum of 100 PV at all times. If your LRP is under 100 pv when the report is ran to determine what needs to be paid, you will not earn the Fast Start for that week.

  • Unilevel is a Primary Bonus that is paid to the Sponsor on up to seven levels of their downline. Unilevel is paid out according to the rank of the member and is what is used to determine what rank, a member is.
  • Each WA will first start out at the rank of Wellness Advocate (Consultant) and as their organization grows in volume, they can move up in rank, and earn more.
  • Unilevel Definitions

    • Monthly PV (Personal Volume): The minimum PV required for a WA to earn each month
    • Monthly OV (Organizational Volume): This is the PV of a Wellness Advocate, plus the PV of all other member types (including retail orders) in their downline.
    • Pin Rank: The highest rank a wellness advocate has achieved during their membership.
    • Qualified Legs: The number of Personally enroled Wellness Advocates that meet the Leg Requirements. Leg Requirements vary depending on which rank you are trying to reach. Please see the Compensation Plan flyer for more details.
    • QV (Qualifying Volume): This is the volume that helps you qualify for ranks. This volume comes from you, your Whalesale Customers, and your Retail Customers. It is the same as your montly PV.
    • CV (Commissionable Volume): This is the volume that we pay Unilevel Commissions on.
    • Dynamic Compression: If a WA does not have a minimum of 50 PV for the month, the will not qualify for Unilevel and the earnings from their downline will roll up to the next qualifying Wellness Advocate.

Rules & Qualifications

  • In order to qualify for unilevel you must meet the minimum PV requriements of the level you are wanting to earn. As a consultant you only have to have 50 PV to qualify for the commissions. Starting with the second rank (Manager) you need to have a minimum of 100 PV.
  • The requirement for OV will adjust as well the higher the rank. This can be accumulated through a combination of your own orders and the orders of your entire downline.
  • When a rank requires a qualifying leg, legs must have the following qualifications:

    • Each leg must be a part of its own organization.
    • Each leg can only help one person qualify for rank.
    • For example: Let’s say that Cosima is one of Sarah’s qualifying legs as an Elite. Delphine is in Cosimas downline and is also an Elite. Delphine cannot be one of Sarah’s “Qualifying Legs” since she is a part of Cosima’s downline and Cosima is one of Sarah’s “Qualifying Legs”. However, if Cosima was not an Elite than Delphine would be able to be one of Sarah’s “Qualifying Legs”.

    • Please note that when our system is calculating commissions, “Qualifying Legs” are selected starting at the top of an organization and going down. You cannot choose which potential legs you would like to use to qualify.

  • What is the difference between Primary and Secondary Bonuses?

Primary bonuses are paid out monthly between the 15th and the 20th. Secondary bonuses are paid out weekly.

  • What is a clawback?

A clawback is when a member doesn’t meet a qualification after the bonus has been earned, usually this is due to a returned product and the earnings are taken back. The amount is deducted from the AR.

  • When do I receive my commissions?

Fast Start is paid out every week. Power of 3 and Unilevel are paid every month between the 15th and 20th.

  • Can my earnings be direct deposited into my bank account?

Direct Deposit is an option for the United Kingdom and Germany. Your earnings must be a minimum of £/€20 in order for them to be deposited directly into your account. If your earnings are less than £/€20 they will be adde to your account as an account credit.
For the rest of Europe, unfortunately, earnings are only able to be added to your account as an account credit. Once you have a minimum of £/€100 you can request to have your earnings deposited into your bank account.

  • What happens if someone terminates their account in my downline?

When a team member leaves the company and terminates their account, then the people below them will move up in your structure. However, the account must be terminated, otherwise it will take six months of inactivity for the account to then disappear.

  • Can I earn Fast Start my first month as a member, since I can’t have a LRP during that month?

Yes. So long as you have a LRP template of at least 100 PV set up, you will be able to qualify for Fast Start.

  • Do I earn Fast Start off of reactivated accounts?

No. Even if the reactivated member changes their enroler and sponsor their upline cannot earn Fast Start. Fast Start is only earned off newly enroled WA and WC.

  • Do I only earn Fast Start during the fist 60 days of my enrolment?

No. Fast Start can be earned the entire time you are member since the 60 days refers to the person that you enroled, not your own enrolment date.

  • Does my LRP have to process before I can receive Fast Start?

No. So long as your LRP template is a minimum of 100 pv you will qualify to earn Fast Start. However, if you do not have a minimum of 100 PV LRP order that month, any Fast Start earned that month, will be clawed back.

  • Do I only earn Fast Start off of LRP orders?

No. You can earn Fast Start off of enrolment orders, LRP orders, and Standard orders.

  • If I cancel my LRP after I process my order for that month, will I still earn commissions?

You still be able to qualify for that months Primary Commissions, but you will not qualify for Fast Start, since one of the qualifications for the Fast Start bonus is that you have a LRP template of at least 100 PV at all tiems.

  • If I don’t place a LRP order, will I still get Unilevel?

Yes. As long as you reach the qualifying PV, you can still reveive Unilevel. Unilevel PV recognizes both LRP and standard orders.

  • If I don’t place an order one month, but one of my Retail Customers places an order of 100 PV, will I qualify for Unilevel?

Yes. Since Retail Customers count towards their enrolers PV you would still qualify to earn Unilevel.

  • Can I earn Unilevel and Fast Start off of the same person?

No. You do not start earning Unilevel off of members in your downline until they are past their first 60 days of enrolment.
