Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)

 

 

  • The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a recurring monthly order program that gives members opportunities to earn points that can be used to purchase product.
  • The LRP is a requirement for earning commissions and bonuses.
  • The LRP will process at midnight MST on the same day every month.

You can sign up for the Loyalty Rewards Program online or by contacting Member Services

Signing up for the LRP online:

  1. When in the shop tab, on the right hand side, click on “Create New LRP Order”.


  2. From there you will need to choose which date your order processes. If on or before the 15th you will have the chance to earn the product of the month.
  3. Once the date is selected, please click on “Next, add products to your cart”


  4. Once you have added product to your cart, please review your cart.


  5. When reviewing your cart, please make sure the ship to address is correct, that the payment information is correct, and the email address listed is correct.
  6. If all of the information is correct please click save changes.

  1. Once you log in to your account, please select your LRP to edit it. To select your LRP, click on the number in the grey box under “edit”.


  2. This will take you to your LRP template. From here you can add new items to your LRP by either using “quick add to cart” or by clicking “continue shopping”. With quick add to cart, you don’t have to leave your template and can see the changes being made to your LRP right away.


  3. To remove items from your LRP, please click on the red X

  1. To change the processing date, you must first go to your LRP template. You can go to your LRP template from the home page on the shop tab.


  2. Once you are editing your LRP template, you will need to click on the edit option next to your LRP run date.


  3. Once you click on edit, a pop up will show asking you to select your new run date. However, if your LRP has not processed yet for the current month, you cannot select a date that is in the following month.

    For example, let’s say it is 8 November and your LRP is set to process on 11 November, but you are wanting to change your run date to the 5th of every month, you will not have the option to. You can only change your processing date to a date later than the current day of the month.
    Once your LRP processes for the month of November, you can change the date to the fifth, but not before then, otherwise your LRP would not process that month.

  4. Once you have selected your new processing date, please click on “save changes”. Then your LRP processing date will be updated.

  1. To update your payment information, you must first go to your LRP template. You can go to your LRP template from the home page on the shop tab.


  2. Once you are editing your LRP template, you will need to click on the edit option next to “Payment”.


  3. Once you click on “edit” a pop up will show where you can edit your payment information. From here you can select the new payment type.


Direct Debit

  1. To set up direct debit, please click on “Setup Direct Debit”
  2. When setting up Direct Debit, you will need to enter your Account Name and IBAN.

Editing Credit Card

  1. To edit your existing credit card or add a new card, please click on manage cards.


  2. From here you can either edit an existing card, add a new card, and delete an existing card. When editing an existing card, you will need to put in your security code or the changes will not be saved.


  3. To save a new card as your default payment, please click on the small circle to the left of the card and click save.


  4. Please note, if you are wishing to remove your credit card from the account, you must first save a new payment method as your default. You may then go in and delete your card.

  1. To update your payment information, you must first go to your LRP template. You can go to your LRP template from the home page on the shop tab.


  2. Once you are editing your LRP template, click on “edit” next to “ship to:”


  3. Once you click on “edit” a pop up will show that will show all shipping addresses you currently have on file. From here you can either add a new shipping address, edit an existing address, or remove an address.
    If you are wishing to set up a shipping address to a different market, please contact Member Services.

  1. To update your E-Mail, you must first go to your LRP template. You can go to your LRP template from the home page on the shop tab.


  2. Once you are editing your LRP template, click on “edit” next to “send confirmation to:”


  3. Once you have clicked on “edit” a pop up will come up, where you will be able to put in your new E-Mail address. Once you have put in your new E-Mail address, click on save.

  1. To update your shipping method, you must first go to your LRP template. You can go to your LRP template from the home page on the shop tab.


  2. Once you are editing your LRP, you see an option that says “shipping options” please from there you can change the shipping to either standard or premium.
    Please note, if you are shipping to a country that has a required shipping method, you will not have the option to change the shipping. For more information on shipping methods, please visit our shipping info page.

  1. To use points on your LRP, you must first go to your LRP template. You can go to your LRP template from the home page on the shop tab.


  2. Once you are editing your LRP, you see an option that says “use points” please from there you can choose to use points. When you click on select, this will bring up a dropdown menu. The number in the dropdown is how many of the product you have in your cart.
    For example, if you have 2 black pepper in your cart, you will either select 1 or 2. Select 1 to apply points to one of the black pepper, or 2 to apply points to both.


  3. Once you have applied the points to your order. The following pop up will appear, remind you that when you using points on an order, you must process the order right away. It cannot be processed on a future date.



    Click “OK” and you will then be able to see that the points have been applied to order. From there, you can either apply points to more items, or process your order.



    Please note, if you are using points on a LRP order, you must purchase one item regularly. If you are wanting to use points on an entire order, please process a standard order.

  1. To process your LRP, you must first go to your LRP template. You can go to your LRP template from the home page on the shop tab.


  2. Once you are finished editing your LRP, you will click “continue”.


  3. When you click on “continue” the pop up below may show. This is warning you that your LRP is currently under 100 pv. A minimum of a 100 pv LRP is a requirement for some of our bonuses and commissions. If you are wanting to earn these bonuses, please make the necessary changes to your LRP.   4. Once you have clicked on “checkout” you will come to a new screen where you can verify that your order is correct. If everything is correct in your order you can either process the order as scheduled, or you can process order now.

  1. Having an active LRP is a requirement to keep the points that you have earned while being a part of the LRP. If you cancel your LRP, you will lose all points and percentages you have accumulated while being a part of the LRP. Due to that fact, in order to cancel your LRP, please contact Member Services.
  2. If you have multiple LRP templates on your account, you may delete

  • When can I have my first LRP order?

    You cannot process your first LRP order during your enrollment month. You may process your first LRP the month after you enroll. For example, if you enroll in the month of July, your first LRP can be processed anytime the month of August.

  • Can I give my points to another member?

    No. Points earned on your account can only be used on orders placed on your account.

  • Can I skip a month?

    No. Your LRP must be processed every month. If your LRP does not process each month you will lose any points and percentages you have earned.

  • Why can’t I see my LRP when I log into my virtual office?

    If the shipping address for your LRP is different than the billing address for your account, you will not be able to see your LRP on the virtual office. Please contact Member Services if you have this issue and one of our agents will be able to help you either process/edit your LRP or change the shipping address on your LRP or the billing address on your account.

  • I forgot to change the items on my LRP before the processing date, what should I do?

    Please contact Member Services. Due to the fact that all LRP orders process at 00:00 MST on their processing date, the order may have already shipped. However, our Member Services agents, would be happy to help you with setting up a new order, a return, or an exchange.
