Each category requires a different process and we are working closely with our very experienced Law Firm in Norway, Food Safety Authorities, and other organizations to test, label, and produce our products for Norway. All of this is critical for the long-term health of the market and we are very confident in our relationships and the progress we have made thus far. Shipping Information
- All compliant orders will be delivered via ‘Bring’, and will be shipped out of our warehouse Tuesday – Friday.

Norwegian enrolments (meaning you wish to enrol a member who lives in Norway and are sending their order to Norway) of 100 PV or more qualify to receive a FREE coconut oil and the enrolment fee will be WAIVED. This is NOT automatic. In order for the free coconut oil and waived enrolment fee to process in the enrolment order, you will need to contact Norwegian Customer Service prior to paying for your enrolment order. Orders paid for online with a credit card will not receive the waived enrolment fee.
To process an enrolment order through Customer Service, you can:
- Send an email with the enrolment information to kundesupport@doterra.com then call to process the payment.
- Go through the online enrolment process and select “wire transfer/bank wire” as the payment option. Afterwards, call Customer Service to process the payment.
